Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy – 100 Media Ltd

You may cancel a scheduled project, service package, or recurring support/maintenance plan by providing written notice before work begins, before a scheduled launch date, or prior to your next billing/renewal date. Cancellations made after work has started—or very close to the scheduled start date—may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in your proposal or service agreement.

If your access to 100 Media Ltd services is ended due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions or a breach of contract, no refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion of the service.

After cancellation or termination, related project files, data, or account records may be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to save or request any important materials (including invoices, reports, website files, or design assets) before the cancellation is finalized.

100 Media Ltd reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any service, package, or pricing at our discretion, with or without notice. Refunds in these situations will be provided only if explicitly stated in a signed written agreement.
